NOMINATION SATELLITE AWARDS 2009

Finalmente entra davvero nel vivo l' Awards Season con i premi assegnati dalla giuria dei Satellite, formata dai giornalisti stranieri facenti parte dell'International Press Academy (IPA), associazione affine a quella che consegna ogni anno i Golden Globes. Tanto per dare un'idea sulla rilevanza che queste nomine possono avere per quanto riguarda la corsa agli Oscar basti ricordare che lo scorso anno nella sestina miglior film drammatico c'erano ben quattro pellicole presenti poi anche nella cinquina più ambita dell'anno ('Slumdog Millionaire', 'The Reader', 'Milk' e 'Frost/Nixon') e cospicue erano anche le analogie presenti nelle altre cinquine. Il maggior numero di nomination è per uno dei film più attesi e chiaccherati dell'anno: 'Nine' di Rob Marshall con ben 11 candidature.
Sorprendono le complete assenze di 'Avatar', 'Invictus' e 'Amabili Resti' che probabilmente non sono stati visionati dai giurati e non sono quindi stati presi in considerazione. La cerimonia di consegna avrà luogo il 20 Dicembre.
